The Role tool looks like this:

Notes:

• you can attribute domains to a role (e.g. the Adobe license is owned by the Designer role) and then pick the role owner (person A) who shall be the domain owner. This will then also show in the domains list.

• you can see in which circles and projects this role has been attributed, you can delete them from those, if you wish. But to add them to another circle or project you need to go into circle/ project Focus Mode.

• on the top right you can chose if this is a "single owner" or a "multiple owner" role. If you pick "single owner" you can only attribute 1 person to this role. But then you can make this role lead in a circle or project (eg the role "head of marketing" is lead of the "marketing" circle). A multiple owner role cannot be lead.
