The Domain tool looks like this:

Notes:

• a domain can be attributed to a person, a skill or a role (= type). Once you have chosen the type you can pick a name. You will only see names to chose from that match with the type you chose before.

• domains can only have 1 owner - that is on purpose, to force organizations to define clear repsonsibilities. Everybody can work with that domain and use it, but only 1 person is fully responsible for it.

• "stand in" is optional, many companies like to define a replacement person in case the domain owner is not available. Stand-ins in teamdecoder can only be people.
