The People Focus mode helps you:

• show all items (skills, roles, domains, links) that are attributed to one person,

• attribute new items to this person,

• delete items that have been attributed to this person prior.

Of course you can also add people to circles and projects in this mode, but we recommend to rather add skills, roles, domains and links to a circle or project instead. The owners of these items will then automatically be added to the circle or project, with the advantage that now they now, WHY they have bnen added, in what "function".
