While teamdecoder features different schools of thinking, it remains flexible and ideology-agnostic, to adapt to your situation and to the needs of your company or of your team.
The setup is simple:
we define what we do by a set of roles and circles,
each of them is defined by a purpose and a number of tasks,
and all is accompanied by a governance process that keeps evolving and improving the system.
