• people (everyone you want to include in the planning of this team)

• skills (portfolio, talents, education etc.)

• roles (titles, tasks that need to be done, general parts etc.)

• domains (clear ownership over specific items)

• links (create strong bonds with other teams)

• circles (a long-term combination of the above)

• projects (a short to mid-term engagement for some people in you team OR can also be used as "sub-circles", e.g. the Social Media Team as sub-circle to the Marketing Team)
