#4 The 7 lists
Following are the 7 lists in teamdecoder. Use them at your will to help you organize :
people (everyone you want to include in the planning of this team)
skills (portfolio, talents, education etc.)
roles (titles, tasks that need to be done, general parts etc.)
domains (clear ownership over specific items)
links (create strong bonds with other teams)
circles (a long-term combination of the above)
projects (a short to mid-term engagement for some people in you team OR can also be used as "sub-circles", e.g. the Social Media Team as sub-circle to the Marketing Team)
These 7 lists are color-coded:
Skills and Roles can have several owners,
Domains and Links only ONE!
