The Circle tool looks like this (it is identical for the Project tool):

Notes:

• in the circle tool you can setup meetings for the circle members, they will show in their reports in a separate list (see next chapter for more details)

• a circle lead can be a person, a (single owner) skill or a (single owner) role

• the stand-in can only be a person

• the circle can define what jobs the circle lead has to do

• and the circle can distribute admin tasks, like meeting reports, staffing, calender invite, etc.
